Ray Griffin

Lead guitarist Ray Griffin joined Prime Leaf in 1999.  Originally from Larose, Louisiana, Griffin grew up listening to the sounds of jazz and blues.  A talented songwriter in his own right, he cites Randy Rhodes, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Metallica as major influences.  "I'm inspired by any musician that plays with heart and soul," says Griffin.  "Everything else is just noise."
